Hi! My name is Lily. I am a 20-year-old college student who is passionate about helping children learn, play, and grow! My interest in childcare began while caring for my two younger siblings. I'm a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver who strives to make a difference in children's lives. I communicate openly with parents, using their preferred method, about their child's day (or night) and address any issues that arise. I prefer to follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I have two years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility and am comfortable caring for up to three children on my own. My education includes a high school diploma, Child and Infant First Aid/ CPR certifications, and two years of early childhood education coursework (I'm a current student at Lane CC). Lily is an amazing caregiver to not only children but also seniors. I have had the please if her watching my three children for the last four years, my oldest child has special needs and has limited verbal skills, and it never even was an issue with her. She is a hard worker, very reliable and very caring. The peace of mind you have when you know that Lily is taking care of your loved ones is untouchable. I’ve never felt so comfortable leaving my kids with someone ever. She goes above and beyond and make sure that the children are having fun, not just watching them and making sure they don’t get hurt. I have no doubt that when words gets around she will book up quickly, so don’t walk run to have her join part of your family. Kansas’s loss is Oregon’s gain with this one.
