About Lily

Hi, I'm Lily! This summer, I'm excited to work with little ones as I transition from teaching to graduate school! With 10 years of experience in early childhood education-5 years in the classroom and 5 years as a daycare/preschool director-I've had the joy of working with children from infancy through school age. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, along with EEC certifications in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool teaching, and a Director license. I am deeply passionate about creating a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for every child. My goal is to ensure each child has a positive and loving experience that supports their unique needs. This fall, I'm beginning graduate school to pursue a dual license in Mental Health and School Counseling, further building on my experience to better support children and families.
