About Lily

Hi my name is Lily, I am 22 years old currently enrolled at del tech community college. I have 2 siblings (10) and (3) I care for every Tuesday and Thursday. I also have 3 dogs and 3 cats I sit for as well. With six years of experience, I've honed my skills in caring for children of various ages, my patient and calm nature allows me to create a harmonious atmosphere, while my creativity and imagination bring joy and laughter to playtime. I strongly believe in open communication with parents, ensuring that they're well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. Whether it's through verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls, I adapt to the preferred communication style of each family. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I take a consistent and gentle approach. I understand the importance of structure and routine for children's development, and I work closely with parents to ensure that their rules are respected.
