About Lily

As a nurturing and reliable childcare provider with seven years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles and my current job as a behavioral therapist for early childhood learning with Autism, have allowed me to gain valuable hands-on experience in caring for children. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and more! My patient, calm, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children easily. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer to follow their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I have no qualms about enforcing household rules and am confident in my ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for up to three children simultaneously. In addition to my experience, I have completed coursework in Early Child Development, and I have also undergone comprehensive training in First Aid and CPR
