About Lily

I'd describe my personality as kind, compassionate, and fun. I like working with kids because growing up I was always surrounded by kids from friends and family. I am a middle child so I take pride in my ability to take action and be responsible for myself and others. I also find myself having a strong maternal side with a need to take care of others so I love hanging out with kids. My skills include being patient with kids I even love watching when they ramble trying to tell you something it's so cute. I also have a childlike spirit while still being responsible so most of the time the kids have fun too; I even like to include little crafts and games sometimes to make it more fun. I think another skill that might seem underwhelming is my open mindedness, I want to serve the guardians and children in anyway they need so I tend to keep an open mind to any rules or regulations I need to enforce or not enforce.
