About Lily

Babysitting and child care were my first jobs, and I was introduced to that level of responsibility in my high school years. I have also taken care of my younger siblings, and worked as a teachers aid in elementary school level classes. I am very adaptable and respectful when it comes to the child and work at hand. Throughout my college and other jobs, I have always helped out with family friends, co workers, and helped families I met through my school. I am well rounded, trustworthy, and responsible. I'd describe my personality as out going, patient, and personable. I like working with kids because I have grown up with kids and love to help out when I can. I always come out of it learning something from them, as they learn things from me. It's an experience that is encouraging and positive for both sides. I started working with kids when I was about 15, my freshman year In my spare time, I like to work out, cook, catch up on school work, and spend time with family and friends.
