About Lilyann

I like working with kids because it's what I've always done. I've said since I was little that I wanted to be a teacher because I love being around kids. I began babysitting by myself at 13 but while I was homeschooled my mom always had kids in the house it's what I've always been around. I believe my patience and passion makes me a wonderful caregiver for children. I'm looking for a job that has fair pay for what is expected of me. I want to work with families who respect me as I will respect them. I love being able to help families and build relationships that go beyond me just being a "babysitter." I work hard and put 100% into everything and believe that a good working environment is crucial to supporting that. I started working with kids because I love to use my education and knowledge of child development to help children have educational fun. Seeing children learn something new is so rewarding and being able to show children how amazing they are.
