About Lilly

I'm a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with four years of experience. My passion for caring for children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I realized the joy and fulfillment of supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option. I'm a patient, friendly, and approachable individual. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or via text or phone call. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am currently enrolled at Cleveland State Community College where I am studying to be a nurse!
