Hi I'm Lilly! I grew up in a small town in Southern California at a Montessori school where I got my love for taking care of kids. My mother worked there for 16+ years and I was there to help with childcare at every event, even after school. I'm trained in Montessori Sensorial, Practical Life, and Language. I'm an older sister and babysat outside of the school setting. I approach each child as an individual who I get to help grow and teach. Kids are just so special and fun to be around, it's amazing to watch them grow and help them along the way. I'm outgoing, positive & happy! I love ceramics, the beach, crafts, cooking, playing with my dogs and shopping. Being an older sister l've always been protective, it's very important to me to make sure kids are safe. I'm understanding, patient, and kind. I feel I'm very reliable:)

Thank you Lilly! You are truly a blessing and we’re so grateful for all your help. If you are looking for a reliable, responsible and sweet nanny, Lilly is your girl! I felt so comfortable at work knowing she was there. As new parents, we worry and deep down Felt no one would be up to the job to watch our small children, but I can tell you I definitely trust Lilly and felt very comfortable knowing she is in my home with my family.
