Lilly was a wonderful nanny to our son from 3 months-7 months (we had a daycare spot so only needed a short term nanny). She is incredibly knowledgeable in caring for young infants, and treated our son with utmost love and respect. She read, sang, talked with him, and got him on a great sleep schedule and built great self soothing habits that helped us tremendously once he was old enough to sleep train. She is confident, calm, and responsible. She also was incredibly kind to my older son, and cared for him a few times while he was on spring break. Highly recommend!
