About Lillie

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, friendly, and soft-hearted. I enjoy tutoring because I love helping struggling students and seeing them grow in their love for learning. I'm looking for a job that's less physically strenuous (I have a medical injury), ideally working with children. I started tutoring in my sophomore year of high school. I was one grade ahead of many classmates, so I often helped them with biology, English, and Algebra. My peers saw it as accessible help, but I saw it as fun since biology has always come easy to me. In my spare time, I like to play guitar, draw with chalk, take hikes, and make music with my partner. I love working with kids. Seeing their faces light up when they grow an interest in something is so rewarding. I have a soft spot for animals and children. Teaching my brother to write and count by 10's and seeing him succeed ignited my passion for child education.
