About Lilli

I bring my passion for nurturing and educating children into every interaction I have as a caregiver. I'm motivated by the desire to support families and provide reliable care for their precious little ones. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of communication. I have no problem enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. My creative and imaginative side shines through when engaging in outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with children. I'm always up for learning new games and finding common interests to strengthen our bond. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and supervising swimming activities. My mother was also a nurse so I am not certified but I do know how to tend to sick/hurt children and give CPR. I grew up with an autistic brother so I also know how to care for special needs children.
