Services include: - Interviewing and scheduling care team members - Teaching care team members skills for YOUR care plan such as transferring, wound care, catheter care, toileting, and more - Creating organizational systems such as medication charts, meal plans, caregiver communication books - Organizing your home for ease, safety, comfort, and independence where possible - Helping you get the medical equipment you need - and more!! My background: I am a CNA and an EMT. I spent 2 years working in skilled nursing facilities and memory care, and 2-3 years working with various clients for home health. I no longer offer caregiving services, but would like to provide consulting and organizational services for those entering home care, as it can be a stressful time.
