About Lillian
Having five nieces and nephews, I have grown up watching little kids. I help in my local church, Upland United Methodist, in the child care area. There I am most often found in the nursery or preschool area. I also will help in the elementary school area whenever it is needed! I think positive reinforcement is the best way to help a child (and anyone for that matter). With my degrees, I have taken psychology classes based on children and youth, which has helped me understand how a child thinks.
