About Lillian

As a nurturing childcare provider with three years of experience in babysitting and child care, I am passionate about helping children grow and develop. I spent time working at summer camps and the Youth Program for ages 5-11. I felt I had a positive impact on the campers and students I worked with in each location. Patient, calm, and creative, I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for children. I keep parents updated on their child's day and any issues that arise through their preferred method of communication. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, crafts, and educational games with children. In high school I took courses for CPR and first aid training through a lifeguarding course. I am also a skilled swimmer and am comfortable watching over water activities.
