Hello! I'm Lily, I love kids. I always helped with my families babies and I have experience with babysitting my brother who is now 6. I love to help the little ones express themselves, be creative, and make sure they are always having fun and being safe. I hope to help in anyway possible I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, which I believe is crucial in creating a nurturing environment for children. My creative and imaginative personality allows me to engage children in fun and educational activities that foster their development. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular communication. I provide written daily reports, have verbal conversations during pickup, and send regular updates via text or phone calls to ensure parents are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and boundaries to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
