About Lilliann

As a nurturing and experienced caregiver with three years of experience, I am passionate about fostering a safe, stimulating, and enriching environment for children. My journey into childcare was driven by my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my innate love for children. Having grown up with seven younger siblings and extensive experience caring for foster children, I understand the unique needs and developmental stages of children. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in fostering a positive relationship with parents by providing written daily reports and maintaining regular verbal communication. I am highly comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a structured environment for the children in my care. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, as well as certification as a Nursing Assistant.
