Hi families! My name is Lilly! I have had the privilege of babysitting for my neighbors and family members for more than 5 years now and have provided reliable childcare for children aged 10 months to 12+ years old. I have grown up with siblings and around many children and feel that I connect easily with all kids, and their unique personalities. I aim to create a nurturing environment where they feel safe and happy. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and utilizing their preferred method of contact. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' guidance and work together to ensure consistency for the child. I love to keep kids engaged in different ways.
