About Lillian

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development in a safe, nurturing environment. I hold a college degree, Bachelor's of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from BGSU and have taken coursework in early child development, trauma informed practice, and family education, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care. I'm trained and certified in adult and pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED I'm currently a Registered Behavioral Technician providing behavior therapy in a clinical setting with kids ages 18 months- 6years old with an autism diagnosis. I love my job and working with the kids but due to management and other factors am looking to switch to full time nannying. Hourly rate would have to minimum match (preferably higher) than what I make at my current job. I'm hoping to find a fun, loving family to help support and grow with providing patience, compassion, fun learning, and care to their child and entire family.
