About Lillian

I'd describe my personality as creative, driven, and compassionate. I like working with kids because helping them learn, grow, and develop positive behaviors is very fulfilling. Kids also bring so much joy and enthusiasm which is so contagious. I love how creative kids are and it makes the job more challenging and enjoyable! I'm looking for a job that provides a positive family environment. I also love having clear communication with parents or guardians. I started working with kids as young as 6 years old since I have younger siblings. I started nannying around 7 years ago. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, hike, play volleyball, and hang out with friends. I absolutely love the outdoors and try to get outside whenever I can! My skills include patience, communication, and creativity.
