Lilly accommodated my need for a sitter last minute with no issues whatsoever. Very prompt on time, in fact arrived early. Immediately connected with my daughter upon arrival. Very estute in making sure all questions and concerns were addressed. Checked in regularly. For my first time experience hiring outside source, my daughter & I had an amazing experience. Highly recommend as she Immediately took a 12hr shift last minute.
