Lillian has been a fantastic nanny and support system for our child. Because of her educational background and vast experience, she was able to give us insight and knowledge into the different developmental stages of our child. She gave us a lot of comfort in knowing our child was having fun and always safe. She went above and beyond in planning age appropriate activities. She also listened to the parents and what they wanted for their child. Also importantly she was communicative about her schedule and the things she needed to make the nanny experience work for everyone. I know she will be tremendous support for the next family who is lucky enough to hire her.
