Hey, my name is Lily! I've always loved playing and spending time with children, so becoming a caregiver was an easy choice for me. I have three years of experience caring for children of all ages. I used to work at an elementary school and then at an autism support center, so I have experience with all kinds of children! I've been told I'm very patient and have a calming presence for the kids. I believe in clear and open communication with parents and am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I'm also comfortable helping with cooking, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming. I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and would be honored to care for your family.
