Hello, For over a two years I've been working at a local school, primarily in their afterschool programs, catering to children aged 3-12 years old. But heavily working with kiddos in the 3-6 age range. Through this experience, I've acquired various certifications. CPR, first aid ect. I'm also a certified Montessori teacher, with a specialization in toddlers and infants, although I'm trained to teach children up to age 6. My childcare approach is heavily influenced by Montessori philosophy, emphasizing learning through movement, exploration, creativity, and adventure. I greatly enjoy working in home environments and am committed to making your life easier in any way possible:) At the end of August I will be moving to Spain to live as a live in nanny to 3 little boys, an opportunity I'm very excited for. Best babysitter we have had in the Quad Cities thus far. She was 15 minutes early and my kiddos warmed up to her right away. The playful energy was exactly what we were wanting in a sitter. My two year old has stopped taking naps or so we thought, but Lilli came up with a dance boogie that wore our 2 year old out and had her taking a nap that we thought would never happen again. The result is we came home to a peaceful, clean household as she also washed dishes for us so we could truly enjoy the rest of our day.
