Hi, my name is Lilit I am a United States Citizen and have 15 years of experience working for Russian-speaking and Armenian-speaking families. In my current role, I have been taking care of two children for six years, beginning when one child was 2 months old and since the other child was born. I have worked for families and with children ages newborn to 6 years old. In every family, I have spoken in Russian and English with the children, and have helped develop their bilingual skills. I also have my Driver's License and have transported children to and from activities in each of my prior employments. Further, I have excellent references and am happy to provide contact information for each family I have worked with from 2010 to present.

Lilit is truly one-of-a-kind. We hired Lilit August of 2018 to be a full-time nanny for our 3-month daughter because I was going back to work. She is one of the most caring, loving and RELIABLE people I have ever met. She knew exactly what to do with a 3-month-old and followed directions very well when it came to nap time, feedings etc. When I had our second child, there was no question Lilit would be the right person so handle 2 kids (who were 15 months apart!). We moved from NYC to Long Island in 2019 and Lilit was able to follow (she's also a great driver) which is a great perk. Lilit became a part of our family - our 5 and 4yo kids were even part of her son's wedding last summer! She tooks the kids to the local parks, made delicious food for them and did everything else a family member would do. She was always on time. Probably took 3 sick days in 6 years, and worked with us thru Covid. She's THE BEST. Run don't walk to bring Lilit into your family - you won't find another caregiver like her - and your kids will be obsessed! We parted ways this June because I decided to shift my career and was no longer in need of full-time care - hardest decision.
