Lilia worked with our family for four weeks in December, and we couldn't have been happier with her care and support during that time. We brought her on to help with our two children—a newborn and a 2-year-old—and she was available to start immediately, which was a huge help. From the moment she joined us, Lilia seamlessly became part of our family. She showed so much love and attention to our newborn, demonstrating incredible competence with everything from managing the baby's schedule to taking detailed notes and keeping the nursery beautifully organized. She was also fantastic with our 2-year-old, engaging with them in such a warm and thoughtful way.
