It is our great pleasure to write in recommendation of Lilian. Lillian was our children's caregiver from September 2016 through June 2019. She started taking care of our older son, when he was about 2 and a half, picking him up from preschool at 3:00pm and staying with him until about 6:00pm. When our second son was about 5 months, Lilian started taking care of him full-time, while still picking the older son up at 3:00 and staying with both until 6:00pm. In the past three years, Lilian has grown to becoming a real member of our family. She is honest, reliable, resourceful, caring and punctual. She is attentive and responsive and engaged our kids actively, be it by reading books or playing with them. She is fluent in Italian and allowed our sons to grow up in a truly bi-lingual environment. She is imaginative and adept at problem solving. We miss her already!
