About Lilian

Hello! My name is Lily and I'm passionate about providing quality care that allows children to thrive. Ive been babysitting since I was 13 watching my 6 younger siblings. Then for 2 years I have been working at a daycare taking care of children ages 1-12. I have experience with potty training, children with disabilities and special needs. My calm and caring nature helps create a nurturing environment for children to explore, learn, and grow. I enjoy playing various games with children, from educational games that promote learning to fun, physical activities. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I place great importance on open and honest communication with parents. I follow parents preferred communication method. Regarding household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them consistently. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, playing sports, and exploring nature. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and have some college education. I hope to get to know you and your family!
