About Lilian

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, playful, and compassionate. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I started as a babysitter for about 2 years for families around my neighborhood. I then started working at a hair salon for around 2 and a half years while in hair school. A few months after I received my Cosmetology License, I transitioned my career path to become an elementary school teacher. I then worked at a childcare center for about 4 months before I started working for an elementary school before and after care program. I have been working there now since the beginning of this school year and am currently working on finishing my course to become a certified school age teacher. I am also in my second semester of college studying Early Childhood Education.
