About Lilian

I'm passionate about caring for children, with 6 years of experience as a babysitter. I have a graduate degree in communication and am certified CNA, have a CPR and First Aid. I'm fluent in English, Portuguese and know a little Spanish. I have a creative and friendly personality, and I'm reserved when it comes to respecting families' privacy and maintaining professionalism. I communicate with parents through written daily reports and verbal communication during pickup, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I can comfortably care for multiple kids at the same time, even with an age gap. But at the moment would love to find a job to care for only one kid. My aim is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
