I highly recommend Lili! She was a regular sitter for my son before he turned one year old, and occasionally watched my two daughters (4 and 6) when they were out of school. She is an active, engaging, no TV, no cell phone, super reliable type of caregiver. A rare find. And my kids still ask for her when we need a sitter!!
