Hi! My name is Liliana, but I go by Lily! I am so glad you took the time to look at my info. I graduated high school in 2023 and I have a lot of experience working with children ages 2-16. I have worked with neurodivergent youth and am studying psychology! I am very flexible with scheduling and am a very strong communicator. I am kind, empathetic, compassionate, and proactive especially when it comes to children's needs. I hope to hear from your family soon! I'd describe my personality as resilient, nurturing, and loving I like working with kids because I feel kids should be set up for success in the long run. Teaching, engaging, and playing are so important for development and I have a big heart especially for those learning moments and progression In my spare time, I like to play the guitar, go on hikes, and spend time with my family
