Families should know that I'm passionate about empowering your child to take charge of their education even beyond our tutoring sessions. I had a hard time in school, too. Real success developed when I felt empowered enough to advocate for myself in the classroom. My top three tutoring skills are empathy, humor, and accountability. I understand that tutoring comes with mixed emotions and no two students are the same. I focus on your child's unique strengths, weaknesses, and roadblocks. I was tutored all throughout high school, I get the struggle!! I approach my students with empathy for their frustration while still maintaining accountability and progress. I love to add humor into the mix to make it a little less unbearable.
