Liliana was by far the top best Nanny I have ever hired. Unfortunately she had to leave her very important role as our Son's Nanny due to her family matters. Liliana was always patient, loving, punctual and was always effective. She was active with our son while also providing him personal space. She even cared for us as parents by acknowledging how hard we work and even going out of her way to ensure we felt comfortable with our son in her care. Always showing incredible initiative by doing laundry and folding clothes, washing dishes and having open communication. It never bothered her that we had cameras everywhere, in fact she always asked us to review certain times to see our sons achievements and joy. I would hire her back in a second if she were available. Never met anyone so giving.
