Hi there! I'm Lila. I have a lot of experience with kids because I am a teacher and I used to work at schools in Colombia, where I worked primarily with toddlers and elementary schoolers. I have a lot of experience with infants too and right now I'm on my last year of Early Childhood Education degree. My experience in the U. S: -2 years working for a family with 3 kids: 7 months old, 4 and 6 years old. -2 years at a nanny share position. 2 babies; 3. 5 months and 6months old at that time. -Since January 2024 until January 2025 at another nanny share position. 2 babies, 6 months old (They're 15 & 18 months old now) I'm sadly leaving my amazing current families because my school schedule changed and I can't keep watching the girlies on the same schedule anymore. But I'm looking for a part-time position or maximum 35 hours starting late January/ early February. Looking forward to speaking with you and knowing more about your amazing kids!

Lila is simply the best! She's one of only a few people who babysit my kiddos and we just love her. She's trustworthy, loving, sets boundaries with the kids, is patient and reliable. I can't recommend her enough. Any family would be lucky to have her.
