Lila is an incredible caregiver. They're flexible, quick to respond, and communicate clearly. Above all, Lila is amazing with my 4-year-old son. As soon as we told him that Lila was coming over, he was beyond excited. When Lila got here, he couldn't wait for us to get out the door so he and Lila could play. Lila is gentle but firm, pays attention to my son's needs, and adapts their caregiving style accordingly. I highly recommend Lila as a caregiver. You can 100% trust them with your precious little ones.
