About Lidia

As a nurturing individual with 7 years of childcare experience. My previous babysitting/job roles have given me the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children, and I am motivated to continue providing reliable care for families. I have worked as a Behavioral Therapist with children with autism and on spectrum, I was also a caregiver for my mother that was ill for 3years through IHSS. I have done 3 internships, Bright Futures and Elementary I wasn't able to part take a job due to my move to Lake Elsinore. CPR and First Aid Certification. I am willing and open to email/phone calls for interviews or meet up at public locations for first meets to make the family more comfortable.. I am patient, calm, and creative, which allows me to connect with children on their level. I believe in open communication with parents and strive to keep them informed about their child's day. I adapt my communication style to the parents' preferred method.
