As a caregiver with over a decade of experience, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to foster a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. While I don't enforce strict rules, I gently guide children towards positive behaviors. My educational background includes some graduate school and coursework in Early Child Development, along with certifications in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Child Development Associate (CDA). I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens, and am happy to supervise swimming activities.
