About Lida

I have cared for children continually for the past 6 years and before that when I was in college and between jobs. I really enjoy caring for children and children really love my fun and loving personality. I hold a culinary degree (2005) and a business and journalism degree. I am very creative and love to provide engaging activities and play games that are entertaining and educational. Children really like my friendly manner, and I am very good at redirecting children to finish tasks such as brushing teeth, finishing an activity, getting ready for bed, etc. in a positive way. And I certainly would love to cook breakfast, lunch and/or dinner for your family should you need these services. I have 11 years of cooking experience both in-home and commercially. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I also continually take nanny training courses.
