My wife works 3rd shift and needs quiet when I am at work. She showed up day one, loves kids, knew exactly what to do and our boys (twins 9mo) LOVED her. She was punctual with communication and arrival despite her commute. Cannot say enough. Wished she didn't have a full time job so she could be our full time nanny!
