About Liberty

I've always had a deep passion for working with children, which led me to pursue Early Education and Care at a technical high school. Throughout my high school years, I dedicated my mornings to hands-on experience in childcare settings, my afternoons were devoted to studying childhood development & learning. Graduating with certifications as an Infant/Toddler & Preschool Teacher in MA. I spent a total of 2 years as a primary toddler teacher at two childcare centers. In this role, I was able to nurturing and guiding up to 9 children at a time. I created a safe and stimulating environment, encouraging exploration. I made it a priority to establish individual connections with each child, adapting my approach to suit their temperament and needs. I have worked with children with autism as a Registered Behavior Technician. I reported data, managed behaviors, & building independence.
