I am a former preschool teacher and social worker seeking supplemental employment to complement my current full-time position as a health educator at a senior center in Philadelphia. I miss working with children, though I find my current work very rewarding. I am looking for a few hours a week (maximum of 16 or so) and am only available nights and weekends. I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified, I have two years of preschool experience and three years of social work experience working with foster children. I have a Master of Public Health degree so I am very aware of safe and sanitary practices when it comes to the care of children. I believe I have my PA Child Abuse Clearance paper somewhere from my last social work job, I am happy to try to locate it if requested.
