About Lia

I'm Lia! I'm an experienced childcare provider passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives. I would describe myself as patient, friendly, and nurturing. I have the knowledge, skills and experience all needed to create a positive, nurturing, and safe atmosphere that engages children. Some of my experience includes being a trained Grief Facilitator at a local nonprofit; my role is to create a safe environment for children to process their trauma through play and grief related activities. Children are sponges and therefore Its important to me that I am intentional and fully show up for the kids! This is not just a paycheck- this is heart work! I truly value the opportunity to provide reliable childcare and support families. I am comfortable following the parents lead to ensure the child's needs are being met!
