Lily was our nanny for more than 2 years. It was a sad day when our children started daycare/school and we didn't see her everyday anymore. I definitely recommend her!! She loves kids, will respect your parenting wishes and is very responsible. It's always hard trusting someone with your children but she's wonderful!
