I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to become a childcare provider. I have one year of experience caring for children and am comfortable looking after two kids at a time, ranging from infants to 11 years old. My calm and patient demeanor, combined with my creativity and imagination, allows me to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children. When it comes to communicating with parents, I prefer to have verbal conversations during pickup and follow their preferred method of communication throughout the day. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring that consistency and discipline are maintained.
