As a caring and experienced childcare provider with 20 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to fostering the growth and development of children. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. With a patient, calm, and creative personality, I provide a nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore their imaginations. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day through written daily reports or preferred communication methods. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from board games and puzzles to educational games and technology-based apps. I'm also experienced in working with special needs children and have taken coursework in early child development.
