About Liana

Hi! My name's Liana. A little about me: I'm a 29-year-old woman from LA who moved to Chicago 2 years ago, where I've been working part time as server. Now I'm looking to get back into childcare! I love working with children and strive to provide nurturing and stimulating environments for them to play, learn, and grow in. My previous experience includes babysitting children aged 4-13 and working as an assistant at a children's music school. As a babysitter, my style is engaged and active, and I try to be tuned in to individual children's interests and find ways to encourage those. I'm highly adaptable to individual needs, but I also love to introduce kids to potential new interests and hobbies. My favorite ways to spend time with children are all hands on -- creating things, reading together, playing, etc. Aside from care-giving, I can provide light cooking, cleaning, and homework help as well.
