About Liam

I have over 10 years of experience working with children. I began my career as a paraprofessional at the North Shore Consortium, supporting teenagers and adults with special needs. Since then, I have worked with children in both home and classroom settings as an educator, caregiver, and babysitter. I am currently a substitute educator at the Needham Extended Day Program, and I also provide in-home childcare for several families. I truly enjoy working with children--I appreciate their honesty (sometimes very honest!) and playful spontaneity. I maintain clear and consistent boundaries, prioritize safety at all times, and bring extensive experience supporting children with a variety of behavioral needs. I am comfortable working with children of all temperaments and all ages.
