About Lia

I have experience providing care for seniors, pets, and kids as well as assisting with household services (was a house keeper while in college). The most experience I have is with seniors and pets. I'm married, no kids, I'm a cat-mom to Lady Leila Katniss Everdeen who rules over our house. I moved to MI 3 years ago from CA and I love it here. I was trained to be a geriatric social worker, however I graduated when the pandemic hit... So my career shifted, and I have worked in public health and higher education since 2020. I am patient, reliable, and a great communicator, which helps me build strong, trusting relationships with those I care for. Whether it's helping with household chores, providing companionship, or managing care routines, I approach every task with mindful patience and empathy. I was laid off in the new year and looking for ways to support myself while I look for full time work. Looking forward to meeting you!
