As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing children's growth and development. My journey into childcare began when I discovered my knack for caring for children, which was reinforced by positive babysitting experiences. It is my sincere desire to positively impact children's lives. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creative and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children. I believe in fostering an environment where they feel safe and loved. I maintain open lines of communication with parents through daily reports, verbal communication during pickups, and regular updates. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment. With three years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children. My college education has further equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality care. Apart from English, I'm also fluent in Spanish.
